CurrentBody Skin LED Neck & Décolletage Mask: Series 2

CurrentBody Skin LED Neck & Décolletage Mask: Series 2 product photo

Product image: CurrentBody product page.

This is CurrentBody's neck and chest version of its Series 2 mask: a large silicone shape with 229 LEDs.

Like the face mask, it uses red (633 nm), near-infrared (830 nm) and deep near-infrared (1072 nm) light. The brand says it's designed to improve the look of lines and firmness on the neck and décolletage.

It's best as a companion to a face mask rather than a first device. We didn't find a 510(k) that names this model, and we haven't seen third-party power measurements for it.

Power measured (available third-party measurement)No third-party measurement found yet.
FDA statusNo clearance found
No matching 510(k) found by product name.

"No clearance found" means we found no matching record in the FDA's database. That doesn't prove no clearance exists. FDA clearance is not FDA approval, and a listed specification isn't proof that a device works. How we check FDA status.

Terms on this page

mW/cm²
Milliwatts per square centimetre: how much light power reaches each square centimetre of skin (irradiance).
510(k)
The FDA premarket notification route. A cleared 510(k) means the FDA found the device substantially equivalent to one already on the market. It is not FDA approval.
