The TriPollar STOP Vx 2 is a plug-in radiofrequency (RF) device for the face, jawline and neck.

It uses TriPollar's triple-wave Multi-RF, 2nd-generation Thermal Mapping with a light that shows when the skin reaches its target temperature, and Adaptive VIB vibration. The brand suggests 4–5 minutes per area, 2–3 times a week for 6–8 weeks, then 2–4 times a month. Activator gel and a US power supply come in the box.

It's plug-in only (no battery) and at the higher end on price for RF. We found no 510(k) under its name, though its maker holds other clearances.

Specs & regulatory status

FDA statusNo clearance found
No 510(k) found under 'TriPollar' or 'STOP Vx'. Maker Pollogen holds other clearances (e.g. STOP U, K140255).
FDA record or source

"No clearance found" means we found no matching record in the FDA's database. That doesn't prove no clearance exists. FDA clearance is not FDA approval, and a listed specification isn't proof that a device works. How we check FDA status.

510(k)
The FDA premarket notification route. A cleared 510(k) means the FDA found the device substantially equivalent to one already on the market. It is not FDA approval.
